WHO ARE FOOTY FOR FOOD?Footy for Food is a global organization using football as a vehicle for social change. They have earned a reputation for shutting down the world's highest profile locations and hosting free, drop-in street football games for people to participate in by donation to the local food bank.
Footy for Food is focused on engaging a generation that is hungry for social change, but who are looking for right platform to align with. They bring the whole football community from top-flight teams to the fans, for a unique experience centred on direct, meaningful, and tangible community impact.

WHO DO WE BENEFIT?We are committed to national reach, and regional impact. What’s raised locally stays local. Further to that, we can guarantee that 100% of all that is raised goes to who you intend it to – the hungry.
WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE?On the day of each event, we shut down the heart of the town and put in place the ability to play street football. The local food bank we have partnered with will be on site to support us by collecting donations.
All you have to do is show up – bring your donation to the food bank and your football kit. Heck, wear your favourite football shirt! You register, and play football. It’s that easy. Play as little or as long as you want to!
HOW LITTLE KICKERS IS INVOLVED?Little Kickers has partnered to support Footy for Food in its inaugural tour as they travel the UK playing football in support of local food banks. High profile areas within the centres of a number of UK cities will be shut off, and "pitches" will be created for impromptu matches. Many of these areas will also have an under 7's zone, so kids of Little Kickers age can get involved, too.
So let's not let the adults have ALL the fun, bring your Little Kickers along to enjoy our designated Little Kickers areas!
